As was obvious from the way you acted with us, a large part of your role is to read the situation, the people involved and to amend your attitude accordingly. And you made all three of us feel at ease and comfortable with all that needed to be done, but also gave the impression of a level of personal commitment which was both reassuring and hugely comforting.

Your interest in each individual was genuine and not for one moment did we experience any sense of rush or push in your sensitive dealings with us.
